RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY POLICY

PART #1 RESERVATION & CANCELLATION
NO RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID VISA OR MASTERCARD
NO CALLS BETWEEN 10 PM AND 9AM FOR INQUIRIES OR RESERVATIONS

CABINS
Deposit of 50% of rental fee required before dates are registered with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival, before dates are confirmed.
If cancellation is required full refund less $100 administration fee if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit refunded if cancelled 30-59 days, no refund if cancelled with in the 30 days prior to arrival.

 

SEASONAL CAMPING
A non–refundable fall deposit required to reserve your site for the following season and the balance
Due by April 1st to confirm your site for first weekend in May to last weekend in September.  No refunds of any kind and non-transferable.

PART # 2 DAMAGE TO PRIVATE PROPERTY

Upon check in at Kacikewin campground the reserving party takes complete responsibility for any and all damage done to the site/sites or any damage to the grounds caused directly or indirectly by all persons staying on his or her sites including day visitors to any of the persons or sites they have registered for. Kacikewin reserves the right to deduct such damages or costs incurred whether costs of repairs are done by third party or repaired by Kacikewin staff from the damage deposit received.

Kacikewin RV Campground & Cabins reserves the right to change these policies at any time without prior notice.
Kacikewin RV Campground reserves the right to refuse the use of the campgrounds and its facilities to anyone it deems as an undesirable.
